Grant Management and Consulting Services, since its inception in 1989, has specialized in consulting services for non-profit organizations, school districts, cities, public entities, county agencies, and private businesses. Services include, youth offender initiatives, juvenile justice, gun violence prevention education, domestic violence education, HIV/AIDS awareness, data collection and analysis community needs assessments, research, executive management consultation, grant and proposal writing.
